TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Conditions of Participation
The following general conditions govern the terms and conditions of participation in the stays called “Milan Junior Camp” (hereinafter referred to as “MJC”), organized by AL2 Sport, located at Via Marradi 1, Milan, and promoted as part of the AC Milan – Milan Youth Project initiatives. These general conditions form an integral and substantial part of each registration.
1.0 Definitions – Milan Junior Camp
Milan Junior Camp consists of football courses promoted as part of the AC Milan initiatives and aimed at boys and girls aged between 6 and 15 years. Each camp includes the presence of a coach approved by AC Milan, who will coordinate the technical-sports activities and the qualified instructors’ staff.
In the Fanano location, there are two different participation options:
- Residential MJC, which includes accommodation in a hotel.
- Day Camp MJC, where participants independently reach the camp’s sports facilities.
In other locations, only the Day Camp formula, without accommodation, is available.
Participant: The boy or girl aged between 6 and 15 years who participates in the MJC. Authorization and the express signature of the person exercising parental authority over the participant (parents, guardian, or legal representative) are required (see the registration form).
2.0 Services Included for Participants
2.A. Residential Milan Junior Camp
The fee includes: training sessions following AC Milan methodology, full board in a hotel, a technical-sportswear kit (only one kit for two consecutive turns), accident insurance. The fee does not include phone expenses, extra meals, transportation to the chosen location, or anything not explicitly stated.
2.B. Day Camp Milan Junior Camp
The fee includes: training sessions following AC Milan methodology, lunch from Monday to Friday, a technical-sportswear kit (only one kit for two consecutive turns), accident insurance.
3.0 Dates and Possible Changes
The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the camp in the event of force majeure or if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In such cases, the organizer’s only obligation is to refund the amounts paid, excluding any other compensation. The requested stay dates will be respected as far as possible, and the organizer will confirm the exact dates when confirming the registration. Any request to change weekly turns must be communicated in writing at least 30 days before departure. However, such a request does not automatically entitle the participant to a change and will depend on availability.
4.0 Health Certifications
Participation in the Milan Junior Camp requires completing the digital registration form, confirming the participant’s good health and ability to practice sports throughout the camp.
4.A Submission of a Medical Certificate
A copy of a valid medical sports certificate, covering the camp’s entire duration, must be submitted.
5.0 Disclaimer of Liability
The organizer is expressly exempt from liability for any damages arising exclusively from the participant’s actions (including, but not limited to, unauthorized independent initiatives taken during the stay) or circumstances unrelated to the services provided (such as transportation to and from the chosen location), fortuitous events, force majeure, or circumstances that the organizer could not reasonably foresee or resolve with professional diligence. Compensation for damage to property is expressly excluded. In any case, the organizer’s liability for personal injury will not exceed the compensation limits stipulated in the insurance policy mentioned above.
6.0 Withdrawal
Participants have the right to withdraw from the contract at any time before the stay begins by sending a written communication (registered letter) to: AL2 Sport, Via Marradi, 1 – 20123 Milan. The withdrawal becomes effective when the communication reaches AL2 Sport. If the withdrawal is communicated at least 30 days before the chosen turn, participants are entitled to a refund of the paid amount, minus a €50 registration fee and any cancellation insurance costs. After this period, the organizer reserves the right to apply a 50% deduction to partially cover the costs incurred. Once the camp has started, no refunds will be issued for amounts already paid.
7.0 Competent Court
For any dispute between the organizer and the participant regarding the interpretation, execution, and/or termination of this agreement, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the Court of Milan. For anything not expressly covered in these conditions, reference shall be made to the Italian Civil Code.
Processing of Personal Data for Organizational Purposes
I acknowledge that my/my child’s personal data will be processed manually and/or electronically by the manager of the Milan Junior Camp, as specified above. The essential data required for this purpose include my child’s name, surname, date of birth, full address, as well as my name, surname, and phone number. The failure to provide any remaining data on the form does not affect the registration process. The data controller is Mr. Alberto Cecchin, domiciled at the manager’s address. I acknowledge that by contacting the mentioned organizations, I can obtain the names of other data controllers. Furthermore, I acknowledge that the rights under Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, including the right to update, modify, and delete my/my child’s data or object to its processing, may be exercised with the data controllers. My and my child’s identifying data will be communicated by the data controllers and/or processors to third parties appointed by them for services related to the agreement’s purpose (e.g., couriers, accounting and billing companies, auditors, certification companies, etc.) who have signed confidentiality agreements. I also consent to my/my child’s data being processed for purposes related to data collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, and processing by authorized personnel.
Use of Images
I grant, free of charge, to AC Milan, the organizer AL2 Sport, and their successors, the right to use photographic or video images of me/my child in films or printed materials for informational or promotional purposes related to the Milan Junior Camps. I authorize the use of such footage of my child, without time or frequency limits, worldwide, through television, broadcast, cable, satellite, any other context, and all currently known or future technologies (including the internet and other telematic networks or any audiovisual media). Such use must respect my child’s honor and reputation. I further declare that neither I nor my child will make any claims against you or your successors for the use of the images, name, and voice of my child.
